Delhi University 10th cut-off marks for UG Courses 2017 admissions announced


Delhi University 10th cut-off : Delhi University has announced its tenth cut-off list for merit-based admissions in undergraduate courses. The highest cut-off is 97 per cent at Hindu College for B.A (Hons) Economics under the 10th list. the second highest cut-off, which is 96.5 per cent, has been announced by the Indraprastha College for Women for B.A (Hons) Psychology.As per the Delhi University release, Daulat Ram College demands 94.33 per cent for seats in B Sc (Hons) Physics. Similarly, in the South Campus, Gargi college has set the cut-off for B Com at 93 per cent while LSR wants 95.75 per cent for B Sc (Hons) Mathematics.

Among the popular courses offered by the Delhi University, admission to various courses such as  B.A. (Hons) English is still open at few of the colleges. At 95.75 per cent, B.A. (Hons) English at Miranda House is one of the highest cut-off in the course under the list, while Ramjas College is offering the course at 94.75 per cent.

The University had allocated its eighth and ninth cut-off list exclusively for applicants from reserved categories. In the tenth list, though there are no such restrictions, many colleges have closed admissions to various courses with a few exemptions.

A statement released by DU read, “As per schedule already notified, the eligible candidates who meet the requirements notified in the 10th cut-off list are further advised to complete their admission formalities in the colleges concerned within the stipulated time. The tenth list will be displayed by different colleges of the varsity on Friday. Eligible candidates are advised to complete their admission in the colleges concerned.”
