Actress Amulya Turns Politician; Contests as MLA ?


Amulya is an Indian film actress who appears in Kannada films. She made her debut as a child artist in the early 2000s and appeared in a lead role in 2007 with Cheluvina Chittara. and turned as Kannada cinema’s golden girl. Amulya got married to Jagadish R Chandra on May 12 this year.

The latest buzz is that the film actress Amulya along with her husband Jagadeesh is planning to enter the politics. They are already known people with the social service related works. They are active on the social media as well.

The buzz is that Amulya’s uncle Rama Chandra is a member of BJP, who represents the Raja Rajeswari Nagar constituency. Ram Chandra is planning to promote Amulya in the same constituency for the coming elections.

The Karnataka legislative assembly election will be held in May-June 2018 to elect members of the 223 constituencies. Buzz is that Amulya will be contesting as MLA in Raja Rajeswari Nagar constituency.  There are reports that Deve Gowda’s grandson Prajwal will be contesting in the same constituency from JDS party. Congress MLA Muni Ratnam is also trying to contest from the same constituency. With the entry of Amulya, the election will surely turn into a tight fight.
