Mega Power Star Ram Charan Upcoming Film Creating Lots of Buzz Before. In This Film Ram Charan playing a role that he’s perhaps never attempted before. Playing the role of Chitti Babu, the village engineer, Ram Charan appears more animated than ever. Chitti Babu has a hearing impairment but acknowledges his disability as ‘being able to see sounds instead’, thus called ‘sound engineer’ by all the villagers.
Directed by Sukumar, it is a period film set in a village, with the leads reportedly playing specially-abled characters. The film also stars Samantha Akkineni, Adhi Pinnisetty as Chitti Babu’s brother, Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj, Gauthami, and music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad.

The promo of Sukumar and Devi Sri Prasad’s hit song ‘Ranga Ranga Rangasthalana’ from ‘Rangasthalam’ has been released.Ram Charan announced the release on his social media and wrote, “This is my favourite amongst all my intro songs thus far…. hope it makes u wanna dance!!! #DunguruDunguruDunguru #Rangasthalam” (sic) In less than half an hour since its release, the promo has raked in more than 65k views.
Ranga Ranga Rangasthalaana, being the second released track, upped the energy levels of Mega fans. Touted to be high octane song of Ram Charan, it is said that the young actor would be wriggling like a worm with umpteen energy for the song. The masses are sure to love the song as DSP’s foot tapping music for Chandra Bose’s catchy lyrics would be complemented by Charan’s dance moves.
Rangasthalam is being bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers and is being steered by the creative director, Sukumar. The movie is all set to hit screens on Mar 30, 2018.
