Sushma Swaraj Minister of External Affairs of India is often seen helping people, be it those stuck outside the country and wanting a return or those who are facing difficulties in visa/passport issuance. This time, the minister came forward to help junior woman boxer Jhalak Tomar so that she could participate in an international boxing tournament in UKraine.Sushma Swaraj Minister Issued Passport To A Young Indian Boxer in 24 hours but on one condition.
Jhalak Tomar lives in Muzaffarnagar who recently won a bronze medal in the the 54 kg weight category at the Junior Women’s National Boxing Championship. She was scheduled to participate in ‘Valeria Demyanova Memorial’, an international boxing championship in Ukraine. However, her passport issuance was delayed. Meanwhile a Twitter user named Aditi Sharma brought this issue under Sushma Swaraj Consideration.
In the tweet, it was written, “Susma mam please help this India boxer too. She want to go to outside india for boxing match and she need quick passport . please help her too. Her contact number. 7417555556.

As Soon As Sushma Noticed the tweet in return she immediately looked into the issue personally. Settled down the whole work within hours, took on to her Twitter handle, and wrote, “Jhalak – I have spoken on the given number. You will get the Passport tomorrow morning and you have to win a medal for the country”.

Hours later, Jhalak collected her passport from the Ghaziabad passport office while the moment was captured on camera. Swaraj once again took to her social media account to share the photo:

It’s not the first time Swaraj has helped the citizens promptly. Over the last three years, since she assumed office, Sushma has won several admirers for her use of social media, Twitter, in particular, to help citizens. Jhalak Who has already got qualified for this competition to be held in Nadvirna city of Ukraine, she doesn’t have a passport. With this support from Swaraj, she indeed is all set to bait for the medal now.she is all set to represent India on the global platform.
