BHIM App New Update: Government’s Bharat Interface for Money or BHIM App has been updated to 1.1. version by National Payments Corporation of India (NCPI) on Wednesday, January 4th. It is the first update since the launch on December 30. In Google play, The update simply says “bug fixes” without revealing specific bug fix. All the user are advised to turn on the auto update feature of Bhim in the Play store to avail latest updates.

It also tweeted “Version 1.1 is now available for #download. Make sure to update the app. #DownloadNow #BHIMapp #BHIM [SIC]”.
Users who downloaded BHIM App original version have been facing severals problems like, internet server errors, app freezing and few registered facing device binding error etc. Now, Updated BHIM App is expected to fix some of the most found technical bugs in the application.
According to users reports, SBI accounts can now be synced after updating BHIM App. Now, BHIM app welcomes TJSB Bank, UCO Bank and YES bank on BHIM. BHIM @NPCI_BHIM. “We would like to welcome Bank of India, @YESBANK , @UCOBankCare and @tjsbonline on BHIM.”
Some of the users of the Bhim app receiving spam payment requests. They reported this issue to NCPI through social media. BHIM APP twitter account warned the user about spam. It tweeted, “Users pls beware: Decline all unknown payment requests you may get! We will work on an update, which will allow you to report spam.”
On other hand, iPhone users are waiting for BHIM App for iOS devices., which is expected to launch soon. For short time relief, iOS users can avail most of the same functionality by using the NUUP service, by just dialling *99# on their phones.
