India Launched Hajj 2017 App for Registring Online Annual Pilgrimage


India Launched Hajj 2017 App: Hajj Annual Pilgrimage is considered a very sacred trip. There will be many people who will be going to this Pilgrimage trip annually. So Government of India launched Hajj 2017 App for all those who are going for trip this year. The registration closes on January 24 which started yesterday i.e., January 2.

This app makes all the people who are planning for Hajj 2017 trip makes it easier for them to make their e-payments and also get the latest updates, news from the region. The app will also be available in four languages which makes it unique than other apps. This app is launched by government of India after Demonetisation.

The Ministry of Minority Affairs on Monday launched an Android app for digital registration for Hajj 2017 and the app is currently available on Google Play Store. The move comes just days after the ministry launched a website in four languages i.e, English, Hindi, Urdu and Arabic. This will help many people understand how will it work.

The ministry said in a statement on Monday: “Next Hajj has already been announced and application will be accepted from today.” The last date for registration for the annual pilgrimage is January 24. The ministry said about the app, which was launched in Mumbai by Union Minister for Minority Affairs (Independent Charge) Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on Monday: “Applying for Hajj, enquiry and information, news and updates and e-payment are main features of the Haj Committee of India (HCI) mobile app.”
