CBSE will be reconducting the Economics exam for Class 12th and Mathematics exam for Class 10th following the controversy of the papers being leaked. In a statement on Wednesday, the board said that it has taken cognisance of certain happenings in the conduct of examinations after which the decision is being taken. The dates of the fresh examinations and other details will be declared on the board website (www.cbse.nic.in) later.
The CBSE Class XII Economics examination was held on Monday and the Class X Maths examination on Wednesday. On Monday, when some teachers of private schools found the questionnaire of Class XII Economics paper to be same as a handwritten note which was being circulated over messaging service app over the past few days.
Students, who prepared for the exam with all their heart, are not okay with the CBSE decision of re-conducting examNearly 16.38 lakhs students appeared for Class 10 board exam 2018 are impacted because of the paper leak as per the CNN News 18 report. Few hours ago, students from a Noida school told us that the paper was easy and they had completed the paper before time.
Meanwhile, Delhi Education Minister Manish Sisodia had also raised the issue and said that the questions which are being shared on social media groups matched the CBSE Accountancy paper set 2. Sisodia had said that he received complaints of the paper being leaked and has assured swift action in the paper leak.
