Pawan Kalyan Demanded Chandrababu Naidu to Respond on Uddanam Kidney Victims Issue


Pawan Kalyan on Uddanam Kidney Victims Issue : Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan visited Srikakulam on Tuesday where he meet people suffering from kidney diseases due to the polluted drinking water in the district. After Meeting People He has given 48 hours ultimatum to Chandrababu Naidu government to announce its action plan to rescue the victims in this area. Otherwise, he warned that after getting report on the problem from the five-member committee, constituted by him, he would personally led a mass agitation against the government.

Pawan Kalyan demanded that the state and central governments should form an experts committee which will look into the issue and its root cause. According to the World Health Organisation, Srikakulam is one of the three places in the world to have high concentration of chronic kidney diseases (CKD) leading to 20,000 deaths in the last 20 years.

On this Meeting, he Started five member committee headed by Dr Hari Prasad to submit a report on the prevailing conditions. Stating that the committee would submit report in 15 days, Pawan Kalyan said that later he would personally meet Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu seeking immediate attention. As the Prime Minister Narendra Modi is claiming of getting lakhs of rupees black money following demonetisation, the actor turned politician urged the state and central governments to provide sufficient resources to rescue these people.
